Are you an Electronics Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, testing, and working hands-on with advanced technology? We're partnering with a growing manufacturer in Gloucester seeking an experienced RF Test Technician to support production and product quality initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in RF electronics, power electronics, or production testing who enjoys solving technical problems and working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Location: Gloucester, MA

Pay rate range: $30-$32/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform functional testing on RF products, including generators, matching networks, and electrostatic chucks
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues at the system, board, and component level
• Verify product performance against established electrical specifications
• Follow test procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
• Record test results, failure analysis information, and production data
• Maintain test equipment and calibration records
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve product performance

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Minimum of 3 years of production test, electronics testing, or RF-related experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Experience using oscilloscopes, power meters, sensors, and other electronic test equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Experience with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, or signal generators is a plus
